No fragmented WhatsApp threads or conflicting Excel spreadsheets. The corporate CSR committee, implementing NGO and auditor work in one shared workspace, each seeing only what their role allows.
Every upload, review, approval and payment is logged with who did it and when. Reports are drafted from the same records, so the numbers always match.
Company, NGO and auditor work on the same project. Each step has an owner, and nothing moves until the step before it is done.
Search by focus area and state. See each NGO's registrations, past projects and team before you reach out.
Send the NGO your focus area, location and indicative budget. The NGO replies with a short concept note you can comment on.
Review the full plan and budget, complete the due-diligence checklist, and record your internal approval.
Milestones, the evidence each one needs and the payment schedule go into one agreement between company and NGO.
Each tranche unlocks only when the milestone report and utilisation certificate are approved. An assigned auditor can verify along the way.
Impact report, final utilisation certificate and completion certificate close the project, with the data for your CSR reporting.
Donor company, implementing NGO and independent auditor share the same project record, each with the actions that belong to them.
Fund projects you can trust and show stakeholders exactly where every rupee went.
Deliver projects, eliminate endless email chains, document progress frictionlessly from the field, and receive predictable milestone-linked funding.
Verify assigned projects with the evidence and the numbers in one place. Review geo-tagged evidence and check utilisation certificates against invoices.
Expiry alerts reach you before a certificate lapses, so you never release funds to an NGO whose registration has expired.

NGO field officers often work in deep rural areas with no mobile signal. Our lightweight field app saves photos, GPS location and time on the phone, and uploads them when the connection returns.
Capture photos with GPS location and time, even with no signal.
As soon as the phone is back in coverage, saved entries upload on their own.

Every document upload, review note, approval and payment is logged with the person, the time and what changed.

CSRTool wasn't conceived in a vacuum. It was built out of necessity by the CSR Initiatives Council at Vision Karnataka Foundation after stewarding real grassroots development programmes across Karnataka's rural taluks. We discovered that traditional CSR is hindered by friction: delayed utilisation certificates, unverifiable photos, and tedious paperwork. CSRTool makes that accountability part of the process.
